Our Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Not a final sale or clearance item (these are non-returnable)
How to Lodge a Return
- Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return
- We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days with return instructions
- Pack your item securely and send it back using a trackable postage method
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please let us know when you contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
